Hotel Delivery and Luggage Receipt
Your luggage arrives at your Tokyo hotel front desk or Airbnb during the evening delivery window. Collect your suitcases from reception upon check-in. Confirm your bags are received in good order before heading to your room.
Handover stations operate at Haneda Airport's International Terminal as well as Narita International Airport across Terminals 1 and 2. Travelers can also arrange bag handoffs directly at their Tokyo hotel or Airbnb front desk. Precise meeting coordinates and counter instructions arrive by email within a day of confirming the service.
You should schedule your luggage handover at least sixty minutes after your plane touches down in Tokyo. Setting aside at least an hour accommodates flight delays, deplaning, and customs clearance before meeting the agent. This time buffer keeps your travel schedule running smoothly without rushed transitions.
The ideal arrival slot is during the morning or early afternoon so you can hand over bags before the 15:00 airport intake ends. Arriving early gives you the entire afternoon to explore the capital hands-free while your suitcases travel to your room for an evening arrival between 18:00 and 21:00.
Travelers can select either inbound transit from Tokyo airports to city lodgings or outbound dispatch from their accommodation back to the terminals. Every reservation includes comprehensive baggage insurance that guards against transit delays, loss, or structural breakages. The service delivers suitcases directly between verified lodgings and designated airport terminals.
This service is restricted to adults, requiring the primary reservation holder to be at least eighteen years of age. While family belongings can be transported under an adult reservation, independent youth or minor bookings are not accepted. Parents traveling with little ones benefit greatly from navigating Tokyo's bustling train networks unencumbered by bulky strollers or heavy bags.
Each suitcase must weigh no more than 32 kilograms and feature combined linear dimensions under 180 centimeters. When departing from a hotel, you must have your accommodation storage receipt and snap two clear photographs showing the tags and bags to email in advance. Ensure your bag count accurately matches your reservation to prevent items from being turned away.
Using this luggage delivery service eliminates the stress of hauling heavy suitcases through crowded railway stations, turnstiles, and subway stairs across metropolitan Tokyo. You gain immediate freedom to start sightseeing or attend business meetings straight from the terminal without searching for scarce coin lockers. Built-in insurance protection provides peace of mind throughout baggage forwarding.
